All orders will be sent the same day provided orders are made before 4 pm. All orders after this time will be sent the next day. When ordering on Saturday and selecting The Guaranteed Next Day, orders must be made before 10 am

If You Would Like To Return Or Exchange An Item.

Please Contact Us At kb@kaarenbuchanan.com to let us know the reason you would like to either return or exchange your item.

  • Please package the item in its original packaging undamaged to the address below. We recommend using Royal Mail First Class Signed For. Inside your package please Include the following
  • Your Name And Order Number.
  • A reminder of what you would like us to do 
  • An address , if exchanging, you would like us to send the new pieces sent to.

Once We Receive Your Returned Item We Will Process The Refund Directly To The Purchasers Payment Card In No More Than 30 Days.
